Continuous Evaporative Crystallization System 

Product Usage: Forced circulation evaporative crystallizer is a continuous crystallizer with crystal mud circulation. During operation, the feed liquid is fed from the bottom of the circulation pipe. After mixing with the crystallization slurry leaving the bottom of the crystallization chamber, it is pumped to the heating chamber. When the crystal paste is heated in the heating chamber (usually 2~6), no evaporation will occur. The hot crystalline paste enters the crystallization chamber and boils, bringing the solution to a supersaturated state. Some of the solute will then deposit on the surface of the suspended crystal particles, allowing the crystal to grow.
