This machine is used for connecting the paper while changing the new paper mill roll at corrugated board production line.   Description: Automatic tension adapt latest PLC digital tension control system. Servo Control with speed option of 200m/min, 250m/min, 300m/min, 350m/min, 400m/min. Paper width from 1800mm, 2200mm, 2500mm, 2800mm, upt to 3500mm.   Use paper: 1. Liner grade 110g/㎡～440g/㎡ (moisture 8%±1), rupture strength -4kgf/c㎡～7kgf/c㎡. 2. Flute grade80g/㎡～220g/㎡, (moisture 8%±1), rupture strength -6kgf/c㎡～8kgf/c㎡. Production management can be connected with auto splicers. Both sides of the splicer installed electrophoto switch,when there is tear or broken paper,auto splicing function starts automatically.
