Advanced Equipment for Mushroom Bed Maintenance

The GTM-XLJ1400 cutting machine is specially designed for mushroom beds in large-scale edible mushroom cultivation bases. It can efficiently remove and transport the waste substrates on the mushroom beds after the growth cycle is over. When used in conjunction with the cutting conveyor belt and transport vehicle, it forms a complete closed-loop for cleaning and transportation.  The equipment is compatible with standard mushroom beds with a width ranging from 1340 to 1400mm. It also supports customized sizes, enabling it to flexibly match the layout of mushroom beds in different planting bases. The feeding speed can reach 4.5 - 12m/min, allowing for the rapid removal of the substrate from the mushroom beds, significantly reducing the cleaning time and preparing for the next round of planting production in advance.  The entire machine adopts a carbon steel frame combined with a stainless steel (with optional galvanization) contact material surface structure.
