Customizable titanium baskets and hangers are tailored to meet diverse electroplating production needs, available in various shapes, sizes and load capacities to match different plating tanks and workpieces. Titanium baskets—designed for anode material storage (nickel plates, copper particles)—can be customized into round, rectangular, V-shaped or U-shaped forms, with wall thickness 1.0–2.5mm and hole diameter 2–5mm (to control anode dissolution rate); they also include polypropylene inner bags to prevent small particle leakage.
