This case is a mold for oral care products - a tooth rinser mold. Composed of multiple plastic parts, we open the mold according to the drawings provided by our customer. We made separate molds for the housing body, nozzle, and other plastic components. The final product has been affirmed by our customers.  We used H13 mold steel material in this mold making, so that the using lifespan of the mold can be reached over 500,000 shots.
