Precautions for using graphite electrodes:   Graphite electrodes that have been exposed to moisture should be dried before use.   2. Remove the foam plastic protective cap from the spare graphite electrode hole and check whether the internal thread of the electrode hole is intact.   3. Clean the surface of the spare graphite electrode and the internal threads of the hole with oil-free and water-free compressed air. Avoid cleaning with steel wire balls or metal brush sandpaper.   4. Carefully screw the connector into the electrode hole at one end of the spare graphite electrode (it is not recommended to directly install the connector into the electrode that has been removed from the furnace), and do not collide with the thread.   5. Screw the electrode lifting gear (it is recommended to use a lifting gear made of graphite) into the electrode hole at the other end of the spare electrode.   6.
