High-Efficiency Open Impeller Accessories for Pumps

This is a universal open impeller covering all diameters from DN40 to DN200, compatible with over 90% of single-stage centrifugal pumps and self-priming pumps (conforming to the GB/T 5656 pump category standard), and can directly replace the old closed impeller to achieve an upgrade in working conditions. The fluid resistance of its open structure is 15% lower than that of the closed impeller. When transporting clear water, light sewage (containing a small amount of sediment), and agricultural irrigation water, the pump efficiency can be increased by 8% to 12%. The blades adopt a "backward-curved + wide outlet" design, which not only ensures a large flow output but also suppresses operating noise (reducing noise by 3-5dB compared to closed impellers of the same power).
