These Premium Steel Bushings undergo a precision manufacturing process: their inner surfaces are machined with a honeycomb oil storage structure, then treated with advanced QPQ salt bath nitriding, and finished with a polymer coating to deliver exceptional performance.   As High-Quality Bushings, they boast a stable core hardness of HB260-300, paired with a surface hardness exceeding HV0.1 600, a 15μm bright white layer, and an effective hardening depth of 0.2–0.4mm.
