Structure, specifications and performance of rubber roller: The rubber roller is mainly composed of a metal core and an outer covering rubber layer. It is made of steel or cast iron and copper according to different needs. It functions as a supporting frame and has hollow, solid and tubular structures. Solid metal cores are stiff but heavy and are generally used for small rubber rollers. The hollow metal core is lightweight and ventilated, which helps the metal and rubber to be heated evenly during vulcanization. The outer covering rubber layer can be divided into overall structure and layered structure. When it is a layered structure, it is generally divided into an outer rubber layer and a hard rubber layer. The outer rubber layer mainly protects the metal core and provides elasticity and media resistance.
