Leather badge trucker cap 

A trucker hat, mesh cap or netback cap is a type of baseball cap. It is also sometimes known as a "gimme [as in 'give me'] cap" or a "feed cap" because this style of hat originated during the 1960s as a promotional give-away from U.S. feed or farming supply companies to farmers, truck drivers, or other rural workers.  On front of cap typically displays a logo or names of relevant companies or other design artworks, the logo or artworks can be embroidery, printting or  hot transfer artworks. The most important aspect is that several back panels have a mesh-like material that makes the hat highly breathable. Apart from that, there can be a few variations of the trucker hat due to the purpose for which the hat will be used. The cap may be fitted to the wearer’s head or the back have closure(like plastic buckle, velcro or elastic strap), size can be adjustable to fit different wearers’ heads.
