Lighting Stamping Fix Base Introduction   This lighting stamping fix base is deep-drawn precision sheet metal stamping part, widely used as mounting base for indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures, ceiling lamps and industrial lamp assemblies. It is made of cold rolled steel or galvanized steel via integrated deep drawing, punching and edge folding molding without secondary welding.   The concave deep drawing structure can wrap lamp components well, with central large hole for lamp wiring and surrounding reserved positioning holes for fast installation and locking. The curved rounded edge design avoids scratch on lamp housings and wiring. Galvanized surface effectively isolates moisture to achieve long-term rust resistance for outdoor lamp use.   We support customized depth, outer contour, hole layout and surface treatment options including zinc plating and powder coating.
