Reinforced Fabric Inflatable Seal

The Reinforced fabric inflatable seal is a dynamic sealing core component employing a composite structure of an elastic substrate and a high-strength reinforcing layer. It expands and contracts pneumatically/hydraulically, adapting to irregular sealing surfaces and gap fluctuations. Its innovative dual-layer airbag design features an outer airbag responsible for primary sealing and an inner airbag for pressure compensation. Combined with an aramid fiber or nickel-titanium alloy reinforced skeleton, it maintains stable sealing performance even under high pressure, extreme temperature variations, and vibration environments. The inflatable seal surface can be coated with a PTFE wear-resistant coating or a nano-hydrophobic coating. An integrated pressure sensor monitors the sealing status in real time, completely solving problems such as easy aging and delayed leak warnings associated with traditional seals.
