Selective HDS Catalyst FCC Gasoline SH‑1B As foreign trade director of Shandong Xunda Catalyst, I have dealt with plenty of revamp‑based refinery projects. Many existing reactors are restricted by original equipment size and maximum allowable bed pressure drop, so large‑particle catalyst cannot be directly adopted. Our SH‑1B catalyst uses modified alumina support loaded with MoO₃‑CoO active components. It delivers intrinsic high desulfurization activity and low olefin saturation performance, and is available for regeneration. Tailor‑made for OCT‑MD process, it converts FCC gasoline feedstock into National‑III and National‑IV qualified clean gasoline. Different from SH‑1A large‑grade catalyst, SH‑1B features smaller extruded particles to shorten reactant diffusion path and improve utilization of active sites.
