Carrier tape, also known as carrier tape, is a strip material used for packaging electronic components. It has a specific thickness, with grooves for accommodating electronic components and holes for positioning evenly distributed in the length direction. Carrier tapes are mainly used in the electronic component mounting industry. When used in conjunction with cover tapes, they provide protection and positioning for the components, facilitating precise retrieval and placement on automated production lines.  The carrier tape is usually made of plastic material, which has a certain thickness and toughness. It is uniformly distributed along its length with "pockets" or grooves for placing electronic components, as well as holes for positioning.
