Process technology The working pressure of the steel slag pressurized hot stuffing process is 0.2~0.4MPa, which is about 100~200 times higher than that of the normal pressure pool hot stuffing process. Under higher pressure conditions, the free oxidation of water vapor and steel slag is accelerated. The reaction rate of calcium shortens the hot and stuffy time from 12 hours to 3~3.5 hours. At the same time, when this technology handles steel slag, the entire process is basically carried out in a closed system. Therefore, compared with existing steel slag treatment technology, it is cleaner and more environmentally friendly. The pressurized hot stuffing process of steel slag is divided into two operations: roller crushing and pressurized stuffing.
