Template laser cutting customization 

To begin the customization process, please provide us with the template design you would like to modify. You can either choose from our existing templates or provide your own design. Our designers will work closely with you to understand your requirements and make the necessary adjustments to the template. Narrow cutting seam reduces deformation of the workpiece. The laser beam is focused into a very small point, thus achieving a high power density. At this point, the heat input from the beam far exceeds the reflection, conduction, or diffusion of the material. The material is quickly heated to the point of vaporization, forming holes. As the beam and material move in a relative linear manner, these holes continuously form narrow slits. The influence of cutting edge heat is minimal and there is basically no workpiece deformation.
