This 1-3×1500 galvanized steel Coil Slitting Line is a multifunctional Coil Cutting Machine. It integrates Straightening Machine and reserves upgrade option to be transformed into Cut To Length Line. Equipped with high-precision Slitting Knife Blade and anti-scratch Longitudinal Shear Rubber Sleeve, the PLC controlled production line ensures clean slitting and protects the anti-corrosion coating of galvanized strips. It processes coils with thickness 1–3mm and maximum width 1500mm. The complete unit includes hydraulic decoiler, feeding device, Straightening Machine, slitting stand, scrap edge winder, tension frame and recoiler.
