Efficient Slitting Lines for Galvanized and Steel Coils

Our Coil Slitting Line for galvanized sheet and stainless steel sheet belongs to heavy-duty Coil Cutting Machine. The integrated Straightening Machine removes material camber, and the equipment can be reconstructed into Cut To Length Line to expand production capacity. We adopt wear-resistant Slitting Knife Blade and customized Longitudinal Shear Rubber Sleeve to avoid burrs and surface damage during slitting. This complete Coil Slitting Line realizes automatic continuous production from uncoiling, straightening, slitting to finished rewinding. The Straightening Machine ensures flat incoming material. High hardness Slitting Knife Blade maintains long service life under continuous operation. The Longitudinal Shear Rubber Sleeve isolates direct contact between roller and metal surface to protect coating and stainless steel bright face.
